Shipping Policy

We ship both within India and internationally. All orders are processed with care to ensure your pieces arrive safely and on time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard shipping within India is a flat Rs. 100. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier partner availability.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries internationally, including the UAE, UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and more. International shipping is a flat Rs. 1800. Delivery timelines vary by destination; please allow additional time for customs clearance. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs processing, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
