Returns & Refunds

At Dipannita Singh, every piece is crafted with care and intention. We want you to love what you wear.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at contact@dipannitasingh.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. Please reach out via email to arrange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
• Items that show signs of wear, wash, or damage
• Items returned after the 7-day window

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
